Show prices without VAT does not work

I have already searched for this in the forum, but have not found anything suitable.

When I..

... activate the setting "[b]Show prices incl. tax[/b]" = [b]No[/b] here...

... all prices[b] including[/b] VAT will still be displayed in the shop.

Where do I have to set so that this setting works?

Have you configured tax classes and assigned tax rates to different regions and classes? Your products also needs to be assigned a tax class.

Admin -> Tax Classes
Admin -> Tax Rates
Admin -> Catalog -> Edit Product

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that.
The shop page is very fresh with LiteCart 2.5.1 and only one article for testing: [url=https://www.cadtec.ch/cad-cam-shop/]https://www.cadtec.ch/cad-cam-shop/[/url]

Do you have another idea?
I would be happy if there is a solution. (I could also send you the admin access data.)

You had forgotten to assign rules to whom the rate applies.

You don't need to define a tax class or rate for 0% VAT. I removed that.

Thank you very much! Now the switching of the currency works, but it is always displayed without VAT.

The following setting Show prices incl. tax = "ja" ("Yes") does not work yet...

This setting always jumps back to "nein" ("no").

But I want the visitor to have a choice.

Now the item detail page shows 2x the same currency:

Where can I set which second currency should be displayed? 
Alternatively, where can I turn this off?

Don't fill in the MSRP price if you don't want to promote it. This is intended for inputting a larger price. Not the same as the regular price.
