How to Implement Indian GST

Hi I  am trying to implement Indian GST with litecart.
The logic basically there is three Tax component
IGST
CGST
SGST

It can have variable percentage
Any out of geozone of shop  mostly state will incur IGST(Payment Address not same state as Store)
Else CGST & SGST will be implied

I have created the lc-zones
Lc-zones to geo zones record and Tax class
Since each product comes under category so each category will have 3 tax component.
How do I add Tax category under catalog
