Bought Paypal Checkout, but now the "Paypal-Button" is the only button. How to get...

(after a long time) :-) I bought the Paypal Checkout and fpr 50% it seems to work (tested until real paying, will try tomorrow)... but now there is a problem. The "Order Now" Button is now only connected with Paypal Payment. I only want Paypal additionally, not mainly.

How can we solve this problem? Should I add another button in the "box_checkout_summary.inc.php" - but where to Link the Button?

This is not the Paypal Checkout addon. Are you sure you are not mistaken?

Hmmm, I thought that "This is the recommended payment module for integrating Paypal in Litecart" it is a "This is the recommended payment module for integrating Paypal in Litecart."

If it is not, where then can I  find "a" payment module for Paypal?

I am confused. Then please tell me, which of the 5 Addons with "Paypal" is the right one? (bytheway, one of them didn´t seem to work since years). And can we then re-imburse this addon here when this is not working?`

That's right but you said "Paypal Checkout" that's a different API and payment implementation.
This is a payment module using the Restful API and displays a payment option during checkout. It does not come with the "Order Now" Express Checkout button or Paypal Checkout.

still confused. I bought your script, because I thought that it would be the needful script... The "paypal911" looks very expensive and dubious (no reviews, no forum), the scripts of "pankaj" are not working (as written next to the script) or it also looks very suspicious (links not working etc).

So "your" script is useless now? Why do you post it then?

So if your script isn´working, can you please re-imburse so I can try the script of this "pankaj" ?

I simply need a Paypal Checkout and that the user can select "Bank Transfer" (like it is actually) OR Paypal.

Do you want to allow users to pay by Paypal during their checkout in LiteCart? You just got it.
Would you like to implement one of Paypal's specific payment technologies namely Paypal Checkout or Paypal Express Checkout? That is NOT what you purchased.

Ok maybe we got totally wrong . Let´s start again.

I simply need an addon to implement "Paypal". BUT - as on the most shops in the world, I need this as "A choice" - so "Normal (Bank Transfer)" (like now and working since two years) OR Paypal.

When I install your Paypal Script, then only the "Ordner Now" Button totally changes to Paypal. And it seems to work. I asked you, how (now) to make this "as a choice" , not as the only function.

You told me, that I bought the wrong script and that I should buy a script from one of the other guys. So in my understanding this means, your script can´t make a choice between Paypal and other Payment Options. Which means, I can´t use it, because I need a choice, not a "Paypal Only" button.

If your script is running (and its looks like) I only need to know how customers can choose between Paypal and other Payments. Thats all. Simple as that. Just a "choice" - not a "Paypal Only" Button.

The Paypal module you purchased, when installed, allows for a second option (B) during checkout for selecting Paypal.

Well you did say you requested "Paypal Checkout". That's the name of one of their services, but not the one you purchased.

Ohhh, thanks for the Graphic. In your Demo and in my page the "B"-field is not shown. But I remembered, that - when I installed an modded the shop - there was a second field. I now found out why we are talking differently:

a) I remember, I wanted to install the free "Bank Transfer Payment Module" in 2021. But there was no special function, so I deleted it.

b) From this day on, I worked WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT OPTION - because all was running fine with this since 2 years.

c) If you now install your PayPal script, there is only shown the Paypal Function....

...so...

the reason why there was no choice between other payments was, that there was no payment installed :-) Funnily it worked wonderful.

d) For testing purposes, I now installed a Payment Function called "Cash On Delivery" ... and bang, now there is a choice.

Maybe (for newbies like me), it´s an idea to add the information, that you need a different payment module next to Paypal module :-)

The standard version of LiteCart always displays the payment options even if there is only one. It sounds like you had some mod overriding this behavior.

...yes. I remember, I was installing the "Invoice Option" but there was no difference, so I deleted it. I had no payment-module installed and active (and it was working). But when I then installed the Paypal module, it (for sure) only shows Paypal. Thanks for your drawed picture, this reminded me to this situation. now I installed the "cash on delivery" module and "paypal" module and now it shows the "choose option".
