No idea, the query looks okay to me. Integrers are being passed as strings but should not produce a fatal error.

I agree with you. I do not know anything about coding but the error is very minimal. Everything works except I have a thumbnail image.

Your blacklist is in data/blacklist.txt. Your form data probably included a script tag and triggered the security block.
Turn off your blacklist and security in Admin -> Settings -> Security.
