I cannot confirm this. I tested in the demo and the shipping tracking id was sent with the notification.
Did you really set shipping tracking id in the order?

Yes I have inserted THE shipping Number in THE order.

Can you send over how you insert that in admin?

Admin -> Orders -> Edit Order -> Shipping Information -> Tracking Id

The code that inserts the value for the alias is the link I shared above.

I have look on Line 770 and that Line are THE same

So anything you put in the field Tracking Id should display in the email notification by %shipping_tracking_id.
