The forum cart flashes

Hello,

After the purchase of an addon finished several days, and where i was
perfectly installed, when I come to consult the forum and I connect, the
shopping cart flashes?

Why does it keep blinking? It flashes like this (1)

Besides, if I click to see what happens, I come across my previous purchase page! As if I had not bought?

It's an indicator displaying you have 1 items in cart. Just click it and remove any cart contents.
Something did not empty your cart after your purchase or there were two cart sessions recorded.
