Upgrade my custom template to latest lc version 2.2.9 version

I have updated my e-shop from the version 2.2.8 to latest 2.2.9 and ask if I should also update/overwrite any files on my custom template. My custom template was created on version 2.2.6.

Is there a list to check which files have changed in the latest version?
