Hi, I am not able to update the data base.  it tries but then nothing.

Any error message? Which version patch is it that fails?

hi tim, I was running v2.25 and upgraded to 2.26. as you can see no error message given just the upgrade just hangs see text below.

control panel say Warning: Platform database version (2.2.5) does not match platform version (2.2.6). Did you run /install/upgrade.php? in ~/includes/library/lib_settings.inc.php (Line 19)

I copied the install dir again but same problem.

It is possible LiteCart fails to override PHP error reporting. Because it abruptly stops this means there was a fatal error. See if logs/errors.log has anything in it.

only this but the date is wrong so it may not be related.

here is the error log file.  I sent the wrong one before.

Ok so your main error is that the lc_settings table does not exist.

Fatal error: 1146 - Table 'gatecam_lite697.lc_settings' doesn't exist

Try this fix. I updated the syntax so it can subsitute lc_ with your table prefix.
