Inclusion error for view file

When trying out this payment method, i get an inclusion error of a view file that doesnt exist. This is really odd, as the addon zip didnt include such file. I have not yet checked the code, but is there something missing in the zip file for versions including 2.1.6?

Jag får inte heller alla fält i admin-panelen av någon anledning. Kan kanske vara en ledtråd till varför det beter sig så konstigt?

Line 85 in the module says

Yes, sorry. It was a problem uploading to the server at the time i uploaded it. So now it works with the plugin at least. Thanks a lot!
