CPU Usage Notifier

This add-on lets you install a background job that notifies you of high cpu usage.

You can set the limit of percentage use that should trigger an email notification.

This is convenient to detect if your site is being highly targeted by visitors or bad bot attacks.

Please note: PHP sys_getloadavg() is not supported on Windows machines.
