How are settings loaded to js?

Having a quick look, it seems you implemented a system which loads the settings from the MYSQL DB right to the JS  window object (???) surely following the same scheme (?)
Right now I'm trying to understand how and where it is done.
Maybe I will found before you reply.

OKAYYY, found.
This is handled in [b]document::before_capture(), [/b]which adds the settings in a [b][i]<head><scripts> tag....[/i][/b]

I was looking for something like

Changing an admin setting ===> generates a setting.js file (I was searching in \ext) preloaded[/i]
