But you would need to contact your suppliers/wholesalers and ask what system they use or what format they would like your orders in. If you are asking for a way to keep track of what you have ordered, that is something I'm looking into with LiteCart 3.0. Which is already very late to the party.

If your supplier accepts orders via email than it's relatively simple to create an extension. Other than that it requires an API or something similar.
