Contact Us - email Box Layout

Hi,

I'd like to change the email box in the Contact Us form. I'd like just a plain box with no '@' I'm thinking that because of the layout it confuses customers i.e. they put their name or part email address in the box labelled 'Name' and the remainder of their email address after the '@' in the email box. I've had feedback from customers to say it was a little confusing. How do I edit the email box ?

Edif form_draw_email_field() in functions/func_form.inc.php.
