Csv Import fails, please help

Hi ! 

I have a CSV file that I'm trying to import, I have done everything to try and import it to create new produts however no matter what I keep getting this error ( I even tried on a fresh litecart install )

I have tried the CSV with a field called "id" and and with/without a field called "product_id" , I have no idea what's wrong

here's how I get the error:

1- Fresh Litecart Install 
2- No categories , no nothing 
3- I go to CSV Import/Export
4- I import the attached file 
5- I get the error always
