How to add meta description to site

Like to add a description to this website I've but how?

Edit your store information by going to Admin → Settings → Store Info. To set head title and meta description go to Admin → Translations and search for index:head_title and index:meta_description. In earlier versions these translation keys are named “index.php:xxxxx”.
